By using this website you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of this website. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use this website. MITOS S.A. may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Use of booking engine

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use this website content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of this website content requires the prior written permission of MITOS S.A. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of this website.

Privacy

MITOS S.A. is committed to safeguarding the privacy of the users of this booking engine, while providing a service for online registration and hotel reservations. If you register on this site, your personal information (including your name, job title, company/institution’s name, telephone, fax, postal and email address) is collected by MITOS S.A. We also collect personal information from you when you contact us (by email or otherwise). All of the personal information described above will be stored in our user database until 1 month after the end of the conference with the exception of the information required by the Tax Law to be retained.

MITOS S.A. will only use your personal information in order to contact you (for example by email, mail or telephone) regarding this specific conference.

MITOS S.A. has the right to publicize conference photos in the conference social media networks. This Privacy Policy only applies to the collection and use of data by MITOS S.A. It does not cover third party sites to which we provide links. Those sites may have their own privacy policies.

According to the General Data Protection Rights Law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information maintained by MITOS S.A:    

Your right of access
If you ask us, we’ll confirm whether we’re processing your personal information and, if so, provide you with a copy of that personal information (along with certain other details). 

Your right to correct information
If the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you’re entitled to have it corrected.

Your right to “be forgotten”
You can ask us to remove your personal information in some circumstances such as where we no longer need it. 

Your right to restrict information
You can ask us to ‘block’ or suppress the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances such as where you contest the accuracy of that personal information or you object to us processing it. It won’t stop us from storing your personal information though. We’ll tell you before we lift any restriction. 

Your right to data portability
With effect from 25 May 2018, you have the right, in certain circumstances, to obtain personal information you’ve provided us with (in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format) and to reuse it elsewhere or to ask us to transfer this to a third party of your choice. 

Transfer of Data 

Users Personal Information (Email) will be used in case a detailed report of number and type of post processing exams is requested. We do not transfer users’ personal data to third parties or the State without users consent and in special circumstances we respond to duly authorized information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law. In addition, MITOS S.A. will use any information necessary in connection with adverse events reporting. If you think that personal information has been accessed and/or disclosed in an unauthorized fashion from our site, please inform us by sending an email to : mcp@lightweb.gr. 

Security and Confidentiality 

MITOS S.A.  takes every possible security measure to prevent vulnerability and ensure data confidentiality, integrity and availability by following PCI standards and using SSL certificates. Our company follows a strict security policy while applying the most modern techniques of protection of personal data held in files from unauthorized access, use or illegal disclosure, unauthorized modification, intentional or unintentional damages. The company has no liability if personal data kept in the archives cause injury or damage to property or morals of data subjects.

Cancellation policy

Fees will be refunded if notification of cancellation is received by email minus an administration fee as follows:

Cancelation Before 31th April: free cancelation, minus bank charges

Cancelation Before 11th June: reimbursement of 50% of the registration fee, minus bank charges

Cancelation From 12th June: No refunds will be made
